A benzocycloheptene compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, of the formula: (see claim 1) in which R1 is hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a C1-C6 alkoxy group and R1 is substituted at the 3-position of the benzocycloheptene ring, R2 and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group and a C2-C6 alkenyl group, or R2 and R3 combine together with adjacent nitrogen atom to form a piperidinyl group or a pyrrolidinyl group. |
