abstract |
There is provided a manufacturing method of a fuel cell in which a fuel cell with catalyst coated uniformly and having a reactant layer with a high reaction efficiency is manufactured. To solve the problem, a first gas passage is formed at discharge devices 20a, 20b on a first substrate transferred by a belt conveyor BC1 driven by a drive device 58 based on a signal from a control device 56. Next, a first current collector is formed at the discharge device 20d on the first substrate transferred by the belt conveyor BC1. Next, a first reactant layer is formed at the discharge device 20f by coating a catalyst solution two or more times on different locations. Then, an electrolyte membrane is formed at the discharge device 20g. By similar processing, a second reactant layer is formed at the discharge device 20h and a second current collector is formed at the discharge device 20j. Then, manufacturing of the fuel cell is completed by arranging a second substrate formed with a second gas passage at the discharge devices 20l, 20m at a prescribed location of the first substrate. |
