A coating liquid for electrode formation of the present invention comprises as a component a pelletization particle which contains: an electrode active substance, a conductance aid capable of electron transfer and a binder capable of binding the electrode active substance and the conductance aid electrode together, and a liquid capable of dispersing or dissolving the pelletization particle. The pelletization particle is obtained through a granulation process wherein a raw liquid comprising a binder, a conductance aid and a solvent is prepared, and subsequently this raw liquid is applied to the surface of grains of electrode active substance, which causes the binder particles and conductance aid particles to adhere to that surface. An electrode is formed from this coating liquid for electrode formation, and an electrochemical element includes this electrode. |
