abstract A light guide microstructure plate includes a substrate and a light guide microstructure layer. The substrate has a light incoming surface and a light outgoing surface, wherein the light outgoing surface has a reference perpendicular plane. The light guide microstructure layer is disposed on the light incoming surface and includes multiple optical microstructures. Each of the optical microstructures has a curving column surface structure and a slant column surface structure, which are intersecting coupling at a top. When an incoming beam, with respect to the reference perpendicular plane, is incident onto the optical microstructures, at least a portion of the incoming beam enters the slant column surface structure by an incident angle, the incoming beam is reflected out from the light outgoing surface caused by the curving column surface structure with internal total reflection.
