abstract |
The present invention provides a stable thermal radical curable polydecaneoxy composition comprising (I) a cluster functionalized poly(e) having one or more free radical curable groups selected from the group consisting of acrylate groups and methacrylate groups An organic polyoxane; (II) a reactive resin and a polymer; (III) a radical initiator; (IV) a moisture curing initiator; and (V) a crosslinking agent. The reactive resin and polymer include (a) an organopolyoxyalkylene polymer and (b) an alkoxy-functional organopolyoxane resin. The alkoxy-functional organopolyoxane resin comprises the reaction product of the reaction of (iv) a hydrazine-based hydrogenation catalyst: (i) an alkenyl functional fluorene oxide resin, (ii) an alkoxy decane function. Organic oxane and (iii) blocking agent. The stabilized thermal free radical curable polydecene oxide composition can be used in electronic applications. |
