The present invention discloses an arylquinoline derivative, which is used in a subject in need thereof to inhibit angiogenic mimicry, to treat diseases with abnormal blood vessel morphology or function, and / or to have an angiogenic mimicry. In a specific example of the invention, the compound is used to treat metastatic tumors, hyperproliferative or angiogenic diseases. In another embodiment of the present invention, the use of the compound can be combined with the use of additional therapeutic agents, such as anticancer agents, anti-inflammatory drugs, antiproliferative agents, antihormonal agents, or any combination thereof. |
