An object of the present invention is to provide a compound capable of forming a coating layer having excellent scratch resistance and simultaneously having antifouling properties (especially antifouling properties against hair dyes) and processability (impact resistance).nn n n The urethane (meth) acrylate of the present invention is a urethane (meth) acrylate having a cyclic structure in a molecule, and is characterized by a carbon atom and oxygen constituting the ring of the cyclic structure. The total weight of the atom, nitrogen atom, and sulfur atom is 10% by weight or more based on the urethane (meth) acrylate (100% by weight), and the average number of functional groups is 3.5 to 4.5. |
