abstract |
An object of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a display device by suppressing variations in transistor characteristics caused by gas released from an organic insulating film. A display device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a transistor; an organic insulating film provided on the transistor to reduce unevenness caused by the transistor; and a capacitor element on the organic insulating film. Among them, the constituent elements (transparent conductive layer and inorganic insulating film) of the capacitor element do not cover the entire surface of the organic insulating film, and the gas released from the organic insulating film can be released to the outside from a part of the upper surface of the exposed organic insulating film. |
