titleOfInvention | Preparation method and application of polyurethane acrylic composite fluorine-free water repellent |
abstract | The present invention provides a preparation method for a polyurethane–acrylic hybrid fluorine-free water repellent, comprising following steps: (i) mixing 5 to 20 parts by weight of wax, 5 to 10 parts by weight of unsaturated monomer, 3 to 6 parts by weight of solvent, 60 to 75 parts by weight of water and 1 to 4 parts by weight of emulsifier; (ii) adding 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of initiator to mixture of (i) to form a first water repellent; (iii) mixing 1 to 99 parts by weight of the first water repellent and 1 to 99 parts by weight of waterborne polyurethane; and (iv) adding 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of initiator to mixture of (iii) to form the polyurethane–acrylic hybrid fluorine-free water repellent. |
