abstract | The invention relates to the field of rocket technology, and can be used for refueling tanks with hydrocarbon fuel type asymmetric dimethylhydrazine (NDMG) propulsion launchers in which the oxidizer is nitric tetroxide (AT). Method of supercharging fuel propellant tanks operating on high-boiling fuel components based on their combustion in a gas generator and introduction of the combustion products obtained in a free tank volume. The fuel components are fed into the gas generator, gradually increasing their combustion temperature to the level of 1360 ± 100 продукти, the resulting combustion products are simultaneously introduced directly into the free volume of the tank along its longitudinal axis, regulate the flow rate of the jet of combustion products, thus reducing the height from the section of the gas line to the fuel level in the tank. Provide the necessary pressure in the tank until the end of the propulsion system, after which the supply of fuel components to the gas generator is stopped. The use of this method improves the efficiency and reliability of the fuel injection system with fuel type NDMG, reduces the mass of the tank and the fuel in it, reduces the cost of start-up as a whole, and facilitates ground-running of the system. |
