abstract |
A primer composition based on epoxy resin containing at least 10 wt% is described. zinc oxide in the dry residue. Also described is a coated metal substrate that includes a metal substrate of at least one epoxy resin based layer, wherein the primer layer contains at least 10% by weight. zinc oxide in the dry undercoat, and at least one cover layer bonded to the undercoat. Also described is a method of coating a metal base. |
