A fusion protein for treatment of prostate cancer and other cancers which includes an endopeptidase bound to a monoclonal antibody, or an antigen binding portion thereof, specific for prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA)expressed either on the tumor cell surface or on the surface of epithelial cells within the tumor. The invention also features pharmaceutical compositions comprising such fusion proteins as well as methods of manufacture and treatment with such fusion proteins. |
