abstract Composition which can be used in particular as odorant for a gaseous fuel, more particularly natural gas, comprising:n from 0.1 to 49.9 parts by weight of at least one alkyl sulphide (I) of formula: nn R 1 —S—R 2  in which R 1 and R 2 , which are identical or different, represent:n an alkyl radical comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; or R 1 and R 2 , taken with the sulphur atom to which they are attached, represent a saturated or unsaturated ring comprising from 3 to 5 carbon atoms which is optionally substituted by a C 1 -C 4 alkyl or C 1 -C 4 alkenyl radical; n from 50 to 99.8 parts by weight of at least two alkyl acrylates (II), the alkyl radicals of which comprise from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, preferably from 1 to 8; from 0.001 to 0.1 part by weight of at least one compound (III) which inhibits the polymerization of the alkyl acrylates (II).
