A pyrazolopyrimidine derivative of the formula [I] n n n n n n n n n n wherein R 1 is an optionally substituted aromatic ring group, an optionally substituted lower alkyl group or an optionally substituted amino group; R 2 is an optionally substituted aromatic ring group; R 3 is an optionally substituted lower alkyl group; and R 4 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a halogen atom, a nitro group or an amino group;n nor a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is useful as an antagonist of CRF receptor. |
