A method for producing adenine compound (1): n n n n n n n n n n wherein m and n are independently an integer of 2 to 5, R 1 is C 1-6 alkyl group, R 2 and R 3 are the same or different, and hydrogen atom, or C 1-6 alkyl group, or R 2 and R 3 are combined with an adjacent nitrogen atom to form pyrrolidine, morpholine, piperidine, piperazine, etc., and R 4 is C 1-3 alkyl group,n nwhich comprises a step of reacting compound (2):n n n n n n n n n n n and compound (3): n n n n n n n n n n in the presence of a boron-containing reducing agent. |
