The present invention relates to liquid-crystalline media and display devices comprising polymerisable compounds, to the use of the polymerisable compounds for optical, electro-optical and electronic purposes, in particular in liquid-crystal (LC) media and LC displays having a polymer-stabilised blue phase, and in LC media for LC displays of the PS or PSA (“polymer sustained” or “polymer sustained alignment”) type. The polymerisable compounds comprise a ring system which is functionalised by three or more polymerisable groups, each connected via an optional spacer group. |
