To provide a lithographic printing plates having excellent printing durability, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, and ink adhesion while retaining staining resistance as well as processes for preparing such lithographic printing plates. n A lithographic printing plate precursor comprising a support and a photosensitive layer on the support, wherein the photosensitive layer comprises (A) a polymerizable compound, (B) a polymerization initiator, (C) a polyvinyl acetal resin containing at least one hydroxyl group, (D) a crosslinker capable of reacting with at least one of the hydroxyl group and acid group in the polyvinyl acetal to form a crosslink, and (E) a (meth)acrylic resin. |
