A touch display device includes: a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a plurality of sensing electrodes disposed on the upper surface of the first substrate, where the plurality of sensing electrodes are arranged in a two-dimensional array; a touch control chip bound onto the upper surface of the first substrate, where each of the sensing electrodes is connected to the touch control chip by wires. The touch control chip detects the capacitance of each sensing electrode. The ability of restraining power supply noise is highly improved and the interference of noise in the touch detection is reduced in embodiments of the invention. |
