A packaged product is provided that includes a container with a consumer medium and a propellant medium stored therein. The container is a non-barrier type aerosol container. The propellant medium includes a hydrocarbon agent. In some embodiments, the consumer medium is water-based and at least substantially free of solvents. In some embodiments, the propellant medium additionally includes an organoflourine agent and/or carbon dioxide. |
