The invention relates to a partially crystalline N-alkyl-N-acylglucamine composition comprising at least two different acylglucamines with acyl groups selected from among saturated or unsaturated C 6 -C 22 acyls, the composition having a partially crystalline structure at room temperature with at least one significant X-ray reflection in each of the 2theta ranges >=13.5° to <=15.1° and >=15.5° to <=17.4°, and the X-ray reflections being obtained by a powder diffraction diffractogram in Bragg-Brentano geometry. |
