The present invention relates to a sesame oil and a method for preparing the same. Also, the present invention provides a sesame oil having high lignan and tocopherol contents and a low free fatty acid content by preparing the sesame oil using an extraction and fractionation technique using a supercritical fluid and deacidifying the sesame oil, and a method for preparing the same. |
