abstract The present disclosure provides a micro-fluidic chip, a driving method thereof, a micro-fluidic element and a biosensor. The micro-fluidic chip includes a photoelectric conversion layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode arranged opposite to the first electrode. A channel for droplets is arranged between the first electrode and the photoelectric conversion layer. The photoelectric conversion layer is arranged at a side of the second electrode adjacent to the first electrode and configured to convert an incident light beam into a charge signal to drive the droplets in the channel to move.
