titleOfInvention Wearable and detachable exercise accessory
abstract A highly portable exercise device utilizing resistance bands is provided. The exercise device includes two ends, each end with a gripping component and latching mechanism. The latching mechanism comprising two magnets, wherein each magnet is secured to opposing ends of the device. A user can thereby hold one end of the exercise device in one hand and secure the other end of the device in either the other hand or against a surface. The user can move his or her body to create tension in the exercise device allowing the user to perform a plurality of different exercises by applying a force to intended muscles.
