A powder-containing composition contains an aqueous solvent, a cationic polymer that is present in the aqueous solvent and a powder that bears a negative charge on a surface in the aqueous solvent and has a BET specific surface area of less than 50 m2/g. A ratio of the mass in the composition of the cationic polymer to a total surface area in the composition of the powder is 1 μg/m2 to 100,000 μg/m2. |
