abstract Disposable pant article having a waist portion and a crotch portion includes an absorbent core and a liquid-permeable topsheet covering the absorbent core, wherein the article is composed of a plurality of fabrics which define the colours of the inside and outside surfaces of the article. At least the outside surface and a surrounding zone, surrounding the absorption zone, have, in the CIE L*a*b* colour space, L* values less than 80 and mutual colour differences ΔE*ab less than 10; and the absorption zone has, in the CIE L*a*b* colour space, an L* value less than 90 and a colour difference ΔE*ab more than 5 with respect to the surrounding zone and/or the outer surface.
