WITHOUT THE ADDITION OF THE CATIONIC SURFACTANT COMPOUND, A PORTION OF THE FINEST MATTER REMAINS SUSPENDED AND CANNOT BE REMOVED BY CONVENTIONAL METHODS SUCH AS FILTRATION.
