titleOfInvention | Photographic silver halide color material utilizing benzoylacetamide color couplers |
abstract | Photographic materials are described comprising a lightsensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a benzoylacetamide color coupler capable of forming a yellow azomethine dye by reaction with an oxidized aromatic primary amino developing agent in which the benzoyl part of the color coupler contains at least one substituent of the formula : RCF2Qwherein : R is hydrogen, fluorine or polyhaloalkyl, and Q is oxygen, sulphur or sulphonyl. These color couplers in light-sensitive silver halide emulsions provide photographic materials having improved light stability. |
