New terpenophenols of the general formula: <IMAGE> (I) wherein R is a 2-isobornyl, 5-camphyl or 2-norbornyl group of exo or endo configuration and in the ortho, meta or para position with respect to the OH group; R1, R2 may each be a hydrogen atom or halogen atom (Cl, Br, F, I) or a lower alkyl or lower alkoxy radical having a straight or branched chain of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a nitro or cyano group. |
