Novel 8-azaprostanoic acid derivatives and processes for preparing the same are disclosed. Said 8-azaprostanoic acid derivatives are shown by the formula: ##STR1## wherein R 1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, R 2 is hydrogen or methyl and R 3 is hydrogen, or R 1 is methyl when R 2 is hydrogen and R 3 is methyl. They exhibit Prostaglandin-like activities and are useful as bronchodilators, stimulating agents for childbirth, abortion or labor, and/or for the treatment of gastro-intestinal disorders. |
