Color photographic recording material containing as cyan correction dyes, azomethine dyes corresponding to the general formula IV or V <IMAGE> (IV) <IMAGE> (V) is distinguished from materials containing the cyan correction dyes hitherto used by its increased stability of latent image nuclei when stored under tropical conditions (35 DEG C. at 90% relative humidity). In formulae IV and V, R1 and R2 denote H, optionally substitued C1-C4-alkyl, C6-C10-aryl and C1-C3-alkoxy, R3 denotes H, optionally substituted C1-C4-alkyl, C6-C10-aryl and C1-C3-alkoxy nd halogen, R4 denotes H, optionally substituted C1-C4-alkyl and C1-C3-alkoxy, CN, halogen, SO2R7, COOR7, SO2OR7, COR7, SO2NR7R8 and CONR7R8, R5 denotes NHCOR9, NHCOOR9, NHSO2R9 and NHPO(R9)2, R6 denotes CON(R9)2, NHCOR9, NHCOOR9, NHSO2R9, NHCON(Rphd 9)2 and NHSO2N(R9)2, R7 denotes optionally substituted C1-C4-alkyl and C6-C10-aryl, R8 denotes H and R7, R7 and R8 may form a five-membered or six-membered, optionally substituted ring, R9 denotes H, optionally substituted C1-C4-alkyl, C5-C10-cycloalkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C2-C6-alkinyl, C6-C10-aryl, C5-C10-heteroaryl or heteroalkyl and C1-C3-alkoxy, Ballast denotes conventional ballast groups and n stands for 1 or 2. |
