A cosmetic which includes from about one to about ten parts ethyl cellulose, from about one to about ten parts of a cosmetic pigment, from about 70 to about 95 parts of an organic solvent, and from about one to about ten parts of an alcohol soluble and water insoluble resin. The resin is a polymer which includes one or more of the following monomers: octylacrylamide, acrylate, butylaminoethyl methacrylate, and methyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, polyvinyl acetate. |
