The invention relates to new compounds of general formula I n or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein n n n X=N-R 3 or CH-R 4 , n n n n n Y=CH 2 or (CH 2 ) 2 , n n n n n Z=O or H 2 ; n n n and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and Ar have the meanings given in the specification, and the preparation and use thereof.
