Preparations for percutaneous absorption comprising a basic drug or its salt dissolved in a liquid component and having an enhanced percutaneous absorbability and a safety to the skin, i.e., the administration site. The preparations for percutaneous absorption, preferably patches, contain a basic drug or its salt, an organic acid or its salt and a liquid component having a solubility parameter of from 7 to 13 (cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 and a have a very excellent skin permeability of the drug. |
