The invention is related to novel azulene-oxindole compounds having formula (I) shown below, wherein one of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 represents a moiety of formula (II), each of A 1 and A 2 independently is nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, each of the others of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 1 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , R 8 , R 9 , R 10 , R 11 , R 12 , R 13 , and R 14 is as recited in the specification. The novel compound potentially inhibits multiple kinases and thus can be used to treat some disease like cancer or inflammatory. |
