The present invention relates to a process for preparing organophosphites, organophosphonites and organophosphinites by condensing phosphorus trihalides or organophosphorus halides with organic compounds bearing hydroxyl groups in the presence of polymeric basic ion exchange resins. n The process according to the invention makes possible in a simple manner the preparation of trivalent organophosphorus compounds which may be used, for example, as ligands in rhodium complexes which may be used as a catalyst in hydroformylation. |
