Disclosed is a composition comprising an organogel which comprises: (a) an alkylated aromatic acid compound of the formula n nor mixtures thereof, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 each, independently of the other, are hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, or alkyl, provided that at least one of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 is —X—R c , wherein —X— is a linking group between R c and the aromatic group and R c is alkyl; and (b) an organic liquid. |
