titleOfInvention Ooze flow bearing
abstract A bearing (A) having a rotating lubricant reservoir (B) from which lubricant flows at a predictable metered rate through an ooze flow interface passage between two cylindrical reservoir surfaces (60, 62) that are precision machined smooth and overlap with a sealed interference fit. A precision turned shallow helical groove (72) in one of the interface surfaces provides the interface passage through which lubricant flows at the predictable metered rate to the bearing rolling elements and raceways.
