abstract | Disclosed is a coating agent consisting of at least four components and containing a component (I) which contains at least one oligomeric or polymeric resin with functional groups that react with isocyanate groups. Said coating agent contains a component (II) as a binding agent (A) which contains at least one polyisocyanate as cross-linking agent (F), a component (III) which contains water and is essentially free from acrylate copolymers (A) that are solved or dispersed therein. The coating agent also contains a fine-particled, solid component (IV) which contains at least one water-soluble or dispersable, fine-particled, solid acrylate copolymer (A). The invention also relates to a method for producing a coating made of a coating agent which consists of at least four components. (1) At least one component (I) is mixed with at least one component (II). The mixture (I/II) is a result thereof. (2) At least one component (III) is mixed with at least one fine-particled, solid component (IV). The mixture (III/IV) is a result thereof. Then (3) the mixture (I/II) is dispersed and/or solved in the mixture (III/IV) or (4) the mixture (III/IV) is dispersed and/or solved in the mixture (I/II). The resulting mixture (I/II/III/IV) is applied onto the surface to be coated and the wet film is hardened. |
