The invention concerns a method for the nucleophilic substitution of a hydroxyl function of an alcohol by a nucleophilic group (Nu) other than a fluorine atom, comprising steps which consist in: a) bringing together the alcohol with the nucleophile, then adding SF4 or an aminosulphur trifluoride, thereby causing the desired nucleophilic substitution reaction; b) hydrolysis of the reaction mixture; and c) separating the final product obtained. |
