The invention relates to high pressure vessels for fluid substances, in particular to liquefied gases. The inventive pressure vessel made of composite materials comprises a multilayer basic structure (1) made of crisscrossed unidirectional fibers (2) and (3) and a plastic binder (4), an internal polymer protective cover (5), a capillary-porous element (6) embodied in the form of a ring net cellular structure having tetrahedral cells (7) which are arranged between intersecting strips (8) and (9) and a layer of a release material (10). The inventive method for producing the pressure vessel made of composite materials consists in creating a high positive pressure inside the internal polymer cover (5), spinning the crisscrossed unidirectional fibers (2) and (3) which are impregnated with the plastic binder (4), thereby making it possible to obtain the layers of the basic structure (1), and thermally treating the vessel. Before spinning, the capillary-porous element (6) is applied to the protective cover (5) and one layer of the release material (10) is placed on the capillary-porous element. |
