The invention concerns a glass element assembly, wherein the substantially planar glass elements (3, 4, 5) are assembled by their edges, such as in particular stiffening or bracing elements (2). The glass elements (3, 4, 5) have each at said edges (9, 11) at least a male cutout (12) and/or a female cutout (10) which co-operates in coplanarity with a female and/or male cutout (10, 12) with matching shape. The invention is useful for producing glass element assemblies with translational locking of one or two degrees of freedom in the plane of the glass elements, and/or for producing glass element assemblies in anti-seismic and/or fire-resistant structures. |
