Processes for preparation of sulphostin and its analogues or intermediates thereof |
abstract |
A process for preparation of compounds represented by the general formula (5): (5) [wherein n is an integer of 0 to 3; and Y is an amino-protecting group], which comprises making a silylating agent act on a compound represented by the general formula (3): (3) and then reacting the resulting compound with P(=O)T3 (wherein T is halogeno) and ammonia successively; and a process for preparation of sulphostin or analogues thereof as represented by the general formula (8): (8) [wherein C* and P* each independently take S- or R -configuration], which comprises forming a diastereomeric salt by the use of an optically active amine and resolving this salt by fractional crystallization. |
