The invention provides Transmembrane Serine Protease (TSP)-related compositions including polypeptides, polynucleotides and antibodies. Also provided are methods for making such compositions, methods of screening for TSP agonists and antagonists and methods of using the compositions of the invention for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of diseases involving abnormal proteolysis, such as cancer, and immune and autoimmune diseases. |
