The invention relates to a cosmetic and/or dermatological water-in-oil emulsion containing: a) an aqueous phase having a proportion of greater than 70 wt. % with regard to the total quantity of the emulsion; b) a W/O emulsifier or a mixture consisting of several W/O emulsifiers, selected from the group of surface-active substances of general structure A-B-A', whereby A and A' represent the same or different hydrophobic organic radicals, and B represents a hydrophilic group, and/or a silicone emulsifier in a concentration ranging from 1 to 15 wt. %, and; c) one or more surfactants in a concentration ranging from 0.01 to 10 wt. % each time with regard to the total weight of the emulsion. |
