Spiroheterocyclic derivative compounds represented by the general formula (I), a process for producing the same, and drugs containing the same as the active ingredient: (I) wherein R1 represents H, alkyl, alkenyl, etc.; R2 represents keto, thioketo, alkyl, etc.; R3 represents alkyl, alkenyl, etc.; and the rings AB form a fused bicycle or a spirocycle. Because of inhibiting the effects of chemokine/chemokine receptor, the compounds represented by the general formula (I) are useful in preventing and/or treating various inflammatory diseases, allergic diseases, immune suppression, cancer metastasis prevention and acquired immune deficiency syndrome. |
