abstract |
A method of assembling a gas flow control valve, comprising a step for press-fitting a second valve (27) onto a valve shaft (29) to which a first valve (25) is fixedly press-fitted while measuring a distance L2 so that the distance L2 is equal to a distance L1. The first valve (25) and the second valve (27) are press-fitted onto the valve shaft (29) and fixedly caulked, and an oil is interposed at the press-fitted sections. When the component parts of the first valve (25) are sintered parts, an oil contained in the sintered parts is utilized to increase tightening forces for the press-fitted sections. |
