abstract |
An electronic circuit board manufacturing method comprises a pattern forming step of forming anodizable conductor patterns and a distributing pattern connected to the conductor patterns and an anodizing step of bringing a forming solution into contact with the conductor patterns and the distributing pattern, applying current by using the patterns as anodes to perform anodization, and forming an oxide film from the conductor patterns and distributing patterns. The width and thickness of at least a part of the distributing pattern are so determined that the oxide film formed on one side wall of the distributing pattern and the oxide film formed on another side wall are unified to form an insulator portion. |
