abstract |
Disclosed is a method for producing a crystalline organic semiconductor thin film having high carrier mobility with excellent productivity, wherein a good crystalline thin film can be easily produced by continuously forming a coating film. Also disclosed are a crystalline organic semiconductor thin film produced by such a method, and an electronic device and an organic thin film transistor respectively using such a crystalline organic semiconductor thin film. The crystalline organic semiconductor thin film and the production method thereof are characterized in that a coating film of an organic semiconductor solution is formed on a substrate and then a crystalline organic semiconductor thin film is grown on the edge of the coating film. |
