titleOfInvention | Closure comprising a self-opening closure flap |
abstract | The invention relates to a closure for a container (3) that is filled with at least one flowable or bulk product (3). Said closure comprises a closure base (4), fastening means (5) for fastening the closure base (4) to the container (3), a closure flap (6), at least one elastic, product-carrying tube (7) that is connected to the product-filled container so as to communicate therewith. The closure is characterized in that the elastic, product-carrying tube (7) has a first end (8) which is fastened to the closure (1), and a second end (9) that is movable relative to the closure (1), the closure (1) comprises at least one sealing element (10) that acts upon the tube (7) in the closure position of the closure flap (6) in such a manner that a discharge of the product (2) from the tube (7) is disabled, the free end (9) of the elastic, product-carrying tube (7) rests against the closure flap (6), the elastic tube (7), in the closed position of the closure flap (6), acts upon the closure flap (6) with a force effected by the deformation of the tube (7), said force being dimensioned in terms of its direction and amount in such a manner that the closing flap (6) is displaced from the closed position to the product-discharging position when the closure flap (6) is released from the snap-in element (11). |
