Disclosed are: a novel compound which can act as an S1P1 receptor agonist, namely a novel compound which can cause the lymphocyte sequestration in a secondary lymphoid tissue to exhibit an immunosuppressing activity; and a pharmaceutical preparation comprising the compound as an active ingredient, particularly a definitive therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for an autoimmune diseases and others.
